Elmar Mammadyarov leaves for Astana

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has left for Kazakhstan to participate in the meeting of foreign ministers of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking countries, which will be held in Astana tomorrow.

The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister plans to deliver a speech at the meeting and hold a number of bilateral meetings, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.
