Low-income people will receive help through ration stamps, says Irina Hecht

The Deputy Chairwoman of the Federation Council Committee on Agrarian and Food Policy and Environmental Management, Irina Hecht  stated that the food basket of Russians has changed for the worse over the past year. The senator believes that new amendments to the Law "On Trade" and the introduction of ration stamps may improve the situation.
