Russia offers USA to hold military talks on Syria

Russia has offered the US to hold military talks on Syria, US Secretary of State John Kerry stated today.

According to him, Washington believes in a political settlement of the Syrian conflict on condition of the involvement of Moscow.

In addition, the Secretary of State stressed that Russia's help will be useful, on the condition of its appropriateness,gazeta.ru reports.
