Nagorno-Karabakh: OSCE to monitor village of Alibeyli

OSCE is expected to monitor the contact line between Azerbaijani and Armenian troops near the village of Alibeyli of Azerbaijan's Tovuz district tomorrow,  the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said.

According to authorities, the monitoring will be held under the mandate of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Personal Representative on the contact line.
