Vladimir Sitnikov appointed minister of Agriculture of Stavropol Territory

Vladimir Sitnikov has been elected as the Minister of Agriculture of Stavropol Territory. He used to be the head of administration of Alexandrovsky district.

The former head of the regional Ministry of Agriculture, Alexander Martychev, retired from his post on his own due to retirement age, Interfax-South reports.
