Members of Tsapka to pay out 250 million rubles to victims

The convicted members of the Tsapka gang from the village of Kushchevskaya have to pay out more than 250 million rubles to their victims. 

This decision was adopted today by the Kushchevskaya district court (Krasnodar region).
