Medvedev admits that Russian economy is ineffective

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev stated an unpleasant fact about the Russian economy, calling it ineffective.

The Prime Minister noted that Russia lags behind "leading countries in terms of labor productivity, not by a percentage but by several times." He added that the problem didn't appear recently, it has existed for the past few decades.
