453 pilgrims killed, 719 wounded in Mecca

At least 453 pilgrims died and 719 pilgrims injured as a result of jam in Mecca during the pilgrimage on Eid al-Adha, the civil defense of Saudi Arabia wrote on its Twitter page.

The ministry added that the figures are not final, and in the future the number of victims could increase.
