Svetlana Medvedeva hopes for active cooperation with Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Humanitarian ties between Russia and Azerbaijan today are particularly important and valuable, the President of the Foundation for Social and Cultural Initiatives, wife of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, Svetlana Medvedeva, told AzerTAc on the sidelines of the Eurasian Women's Forum, adding that she hopes that the cooperation between the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Foundation for Social and Cultural Initiatives will be more active.

According to Svetlana Medvedeva, "women, due to their soft policy, are capable of good undertakings".

She believes that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation under the leadership of Mehriban Aliyeva, and the Foundation for Social and Cultural Initiatives together can solve important problems, in particular rdirected at preservation of the health of women and children.

Svetlana Medvedev stressed that "in the future we will implement these objectives, and we look forward to close and fruitful cooperation".
