Nazarzoda prepared coup in Tajikistan for five years

The Tajik Prosecutor General's Office reported today that former Deputy Defence Minister Abduhalim Nazarzoda started preparing a coup d'etat in the country back in 2010, on the instructions of Muhiddin Kabiri, the chairman of the banned Islamic Renaissance Party.

"With the aim of creating a criminal association, he organized more than 20 criminal groups with 300 people, who recieved money on a monthly basis from sources unknown to the investigation, of up to 100 and more US dollars," gazeta.ru cites the report of the Prosecutor General's Office.
