Strikes on IS are self-defense, says French Prime Minister

Prime Minister of France Manuel Valls stated that the air strikes on the positions of militants of the terrorist organization Islamic State (IS) in Syria should be considered as self-defense

"Our actions are in self-defense," Interfax quoted the French Prime Minister as saying.
