Hollande: We have archived a new progress today

French President Francois Hollande has informed about the progress in the negotiations among leaders of the Norman Quartet in Paris. 

The meeting was attended by Vladimir Putin, Francois Hollande, Petro Poroshenko and Angela Merkel.
