Russian government will allocate money for North Caucasus Federal District regions to struggle with

The Russian government decided to include Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia, North Ossetia and Chechnya on the list of 13 regions to be provided with federal subsidies for activities to improve seismic resistance, at a meeting held on October 1st.

The funds will be allocated under the federal target program ‘Enhancing the stability of residential buildings, facilities and basic life-support systems in seismic regions of the Russian Federation in 2009-2018.’
