Iran says goodbye to victims of stampede near Mecca

Yesterday, 104 bodies of victims of tragedy were transported to the country, and this morning – another 114. In total, according to the latest data, the stampede claimed the lives of 465 pilgrims from Iran.
Millions of Iranians are participating in mourning events, which are taking place across the country. The biggest of them are being held in Tehran, Mashhad and Gorgan. Processions are accompanied by mourning rallies. Iranian television is covering the events live, TASS reports.
