Russia's Defense Ministry denies bombing Palmyra

Russian has denied information spread by foreign mass media that the Russian Air Forces bombarded the Syrian city of Palmyra.

‘‘All reports by foreign mass media about Russian airstrikes on the city of Palmyra are absolute lies,’’ RIA Novosti cites Major-General Igor Konashenkov, the official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry.
