Weddings in Grozny to become more boring

The Grozny Mayor’s office has published a new set of rules regulating celebrations of weddings in the Chechen capital.

The set of rules requires weddings to be celebrated according to local traditions, and prohibits shooting, appearing in inappropriate clothes and drinking alcohol.
