Azerbaijani Benkons Group to establish juice production in Tatarstan

"Azerbaijan's Benkons Group will build a plant for the production of juices and a logistics center in the Laishevskiy municipal region of Tatarstan. The volume of investment will exceed 4 billion rubles. The event will be attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov," RIA Novosti cited the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency as saying.
The minimum project capacity is 53,856,000 liters per year, it will produce natural juices from organic fruits. More than 250 jobs will be created in Tatarstan from its opening. It is planned that the plant and logistics center will start work in early 2017.
The provisional agreement on the implementation of the project was reached during the visit of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive, Taliya Minullina, to Azerbaijan in December 2014. This project was presented to the President of Tatarstan in February 2015, and a cooperation agreement was signed between the company and the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency.
