Putin instructs to support mortgage loans in 2016

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to work out measures of state support for mortgage loans in 2016, the website of the Kremlin reported.

"The Government of the Russian Federation, during the preparation of draft federal law on the federal budget for 2016, must further elaborate issues ... of support for housing construction, including at the expense of mortgage loans to certain categories of citizens under special conditions," RIA Novosti cites the report.
