Putin and Atambayev discuss parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan

Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev on conduct of the parliamentary elections on the highest level and in accordance with the traditions of democratic countries and requirements of international organizations.
