Terrorist attack prevented in Istanbul

A member of the terrorist group DHKP-C has been caught today in Istanbul while he was preparing terrorist attacks against the police. 

His detention was possible due to a joint operation of the Anti-terrorism and Intelligence Service of Turkey.

According to Trend, the gunman was watching the building of the Istanbul police department, gathering information for a future attack. Before this man was sentenced to 7 years and 6 months for terrorism.
