Heating season starts in Krasnodar on October 13th

The head of Krasnodar Vladimir Evlanov has signed a decree according to which the heating season in the capital of the Krasnodar region is to officially start on October 13th. 

Recall that kindergartens and medical facilities in Krasnodar began to be heated on October 8th.
