Russia's budget deficit declined by more than quarter in September

After the first nine months of this year, Russia's budget deficit has reached 789.615 billion rubles, which is 1.5% of GDP, according to the Ministry of Finance. 

At the same time, it reached 994.156 billion rubles in January-August (2.1% of GDP).
