Rouhani: Circumstances favorable for development of relations between Iran and Japan

According to Iranian President Hassan Rouhani’s statement at a meeting with Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida, the currently excellent conditions support the development of bilateral relations between Tehran and Tokyo.
