Azerbaijani playwright opens theatre in Moscow

A well-known playwright and writer of ‘White Sun of the Desert’,
‘Burnt by the Sun’ and ‘The Barber of Siberia’, Rustam Ibragimbekov,
is opening a new theatre space in Moscow at the Cinema Centre on
Krasnaya Presnya.

In an interview with RIA Novosti, Ibragimbekov said that he will
present his new play at the opening. He said that Ibrus is his theater
in Baku, where actors perform in two languages. It will celebrate its
10th anniversary. The theater in Moscow will also be called Ibrus.

The premiere of his new play will take place in Ibris on November 12-13.
