Moscow to host meeting of top Russian and Israeli military personnel

Plenipotentiary Minister, Charge d'Affaires of Israel in Russia, Alex Goldman-Shaiman, stated today that in the near future, Moscow may host a meeting of top Russian and Israeli military personnel.

According to him, the contacts are at the level of the deputy chiefs of the General Staffs.

"As you understand, the military operation in Syria continues, and the interest of both sides is to reach agreement on all the nuances as quickly as possible. Under current diplomatic rules, the date of the meeting will be named by the inviting party," gazeta.ru quotes the diplomat as saying.
