Chechen leader allows former members of 'government of Ichkeria' to return

Former members of the 'government of Ichkeria' will not be prosecuted and can return home without fear, the Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov stated yesterday in Grozny.

"Let them return home, we are not pursuing them, no one is pursuing. Even the Barayev family returned home. And if the former Defense Minister (of Ichkeria), Brigadier-General Khambiev, is a deputy right now, what else can you say?" RIA Novosti quoted Kadyrov.
