Leopards return to mountains of North Ossetia

Leopards have returned to the mountains of North Ossetia, a representative of the cat family was captured by the lens of a thermal-imaging camera installed at the dam of the Gizeldonskaya HPP.

Employees of the North Ossetian State Nature Reserve, viewing the video, confirmed that the predator caught in the lens was a Persian leopard, the STRC ‘Alania’ notes.
