Igor Ivanov: ‘’Russian-Turkish cooperation has reached its highest level"
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaAt the international conference ‘Russia and Turkey: strengthening of multifaceted cooperation’ dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, the President of the Russian Council on Foreign Affairs, Igor Ivanov, speaking about the ways to develop relations between Russia and Turkey, stressed that today Russian-Turkish cooperation has reached its highest level, not only in the economic sphere, but in the humanitarian sphere as well. The president of the RCFA noted that it is difficult to discuss Russian-Turkish relations beyond the scope of the unfolding crisis in the Middle East, and the joint fight against ISIS could be the beginning of joint work on new projects and challenges.
