Alexander Dzasokhov calls for functions of BSEC to be expanded

The Deputy Chairman of the Russian National Commission for UNESCO, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation and Vice-President of the INF, Alexander Dzasokhov, has participated in the international conference ‘Russia and Turkey: strengthening of multifaceted cooperation’. During his speech, the politician took the initiative to give the BSEC the status of a political organization.
