We need regular contacts to solve ‘frozen conflicts’, Vice-President of the INF believes

The Deputy Chairman of the Russian National Commission for UNESCO, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation and Vice-President of the INF, Alexander Dzasokhov, during the international conference ‘Russia and Turkey: strengthening of multifaceted cooperation’ suggested that the contacts to find solutions to the ‘frozen conflicts’ in the Caucasus must continue on a regular basis.
