Azerbaijani CEC considers complaints about parliamentary elections

The Azerbaijani Central Election Commission (CEC) has
so far received 83 complaints regarding the parliamentary elections, it was
announced today at a meeting of the commission by the CEC chairman,
Mazahir Panahov, Trend reports.

On the 7th of November the parliamentary elections were held in Azerbaijan.

According to the CEC, voter turnout was 50.14 percent (2,480,205
voters).  690 candidates competed in the parliamentary elections.

The previous elections were held in November 2005
