Peskov: reports on deaths of Russian servicemen in Syria have no particular source

The Western media reports on the alleged deaths of Russian servicemen in Syria have no particular source and have already been denied by the Russian government, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

He noted that he would not comment on this issue. "As far as I know, this has been already refuted, and most important, these reports had no particular source," TASS cited Peskov as saying.

Russia’s Defense Ministry and Russia’s embassy in Damascus have denied the death of Russian forces in Syria.
