Ali Khamenei against modification of reactor in Arak despite agreements

Iranian spiritual leader Ali Khamenei has approved the agreement on the country's nuclear program and ordered to implement it.  

A corresponding letter was sent to President of Iran Hassan Rouhani. However, he noted in his letter that Iran should not make modifications to the heavy water reactor in Arak, and neither should the country export enriched uranium before the IAEA closes the dossier on the activities of the country.
