Larijani: Russian action in Syria is much more efficient than actions of US

Speaking in Sochi at the International Discussion Club Valdai, the Chairman of the Iranian Majlis, Ali Larijani, has said that the division of Syria would be a strategic mistake that would benefit the terrorists. 

He also noted that such a move would mean that the terrorists are recognized as possessing rights over parts of Syria. This step would increase the activity of militants in the region, Tass reports.
