Putin: The crisis peak is over in Russia

Russia has overcome the crisis peak in the economy. This statement was made by President Vladimir Putin at a meeting of the discussion club Valdai. 

He added that inflation is to reach 11.9-12% by the end of the current year, and then it is to start declining.
