Obama congratulates Azerbaijan on Kurban-Bairam celebration

US president Barack Obama has congratulated Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev on the celebration of Kurban-Bairam.

As APA reports, the US president wrote: " Dear Mr. President, The People of America join me and my wife in congratulating you on the celebration of Kurban-Bairam".
