UN sends expired cookies to Syrians

UN officials brought 650 boxes of food supplies to the cities of Zabadani and Madayya, which are located near Damascus, and which are currently under siege. After opening, it was revealed that 320 of them contained cookies which expired in September.
"We can confirm that this was the result of unfortunate human error in the process of loading," APA quotes the UN humanitarian coordinator in Syria, Yakub el Hill, as saying.
