Number of tax audits of entrepreneurs temporarily reduced in Azerbaijan

The tax authorities temporarily have temporality reduced the number of checks and measures for effective control of business entities and taxpayers with an annual turnover of less than 120,000 manats. This statement was made by the Minister of Taxes Fazil Mammadov during a meeting of the Board of the Ministry.

It is reported that this measure will affect more than 70 thousand taxpayers. This step should have a positive effect on the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the country.
