Assad says no elections in Syria until elimination of terrorism

No elections can be implemented before the elimination of terrorism and the restoration of security and stability in the whole country, Reuters cited the administration of President Bashar al-Assad as saying. 

Earlier, Russian State Duma deputy Alexander Yushchenko said that Bashar al-Assad at a meeting with Russian parliamentarians declared his readiness to hold free parliamentary elections.
