Azerbaijan and Turkey agree to cooperate in field of standards

The Institute of Standardization and Certification of the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan and the Turkish Standards Institute in Baku have signed a memorandum of understanding.  

The Memorandum was signed during the visit of the President of the Turkish Standards Institute Sebahittin Korkmaz, the State Committee reported.

"The Memorandum of Understanding involves the extension of cooperation in the field of standardization, certification and other related areas of mutual support in international cooperation, the exchange of information in the field of systems and procedures for the certification of test conditions, the quality of imported and exported goods, as well as conducting trainings,’’ Abc.az reports.
