Russian president to participate in Caspian States Summit

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev will take part in the Third Summit
of the Caspian States in Baku, RIA Novosti reports, citing the
Kremlin's press-service.

The summit on November 18 will see the participation of the leaders of
Azerbaijan, Russia, Iran, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
