France supports Iran's involvement in talks on Syria

France supported the initiative on involvement of Iran in talks on the Syrian settlement.

"France supports the participation of Iran and advocates for all of the sides interested in this issue to be presented," - the official government representative Stephane Le Fol stated. He noted that official Paris "maintains contacts with all parties, especially Russia and Iran."

At the Vienna meeting on the Syrian crisis, which will be held on October 30, France will be represented by the Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius, TASS noted.
