Ramzan Kadyrov is one of three best Russian lobbyists

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has won the third place in the ranking of ‘Top lobbyists Russia in the third quarter of 2015,’ created on the study results of the Agency of economic news on the order of Nezavisimaya Gazeta.

In particular, Kadyrov won the third place in the nomination  ‘Lobbyists regional leaders’ in the category ‘very strong efficiency’ with a coefficient of 4.33.
