The Moscow law enforcement agency has detained about 20 young people who were going to Syria to join Islamic State,  which is banned in Russia. It was possible to detain them due to the measures undertaken on behalf of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, which resulted in an apartment that served as a transit point being uncovered in Moscow.

The potential criminals have been brought from Moscow to Chechnya, where Kadyrov had a long conversation with them.
