Vladimir Churov and Avigdor Lieberman observe parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan

For example, the head of the Russian Central Electoral Commission Vladimir Churov is touring the regions of the republic, the Russian Embassy in Azerbaijan reported.
"According to Churov, despite the bad weather conditions and snow in the Shamakhi district of Azerbaijan, the turnout at the polling stations at 10am amounted to about 13%," Trend cites the report.
In his turn, the Israeli Foreign Minister, the leader of the party 'Our Home – Israel', Avigdor Lieberman, is present at one of polling stations in the Yasamal district of Baku. The mission under his guidance also noted high voter turnout.
