Resort fee will be strictly targeted, Lev Kuznetsov says

The Minister for North Caucasus Affairs, Lev Kuznetsov, commented on the introduction of resort fees in the Caucasian Mineral Waters region. According to the official, the money will be spent on the development of infrastructure and improvement of cities.
