Turkey prepares ground operation against IS in Syria

Turkey will start ground a military operation against the terrorist organization Islamic State in Syria in the next few days, the Foreign Minister of Turkey, Feridun Sinirlioglu, said.

He noted that all countries should make efforts to eliminate the threat posed by IS.

According to Sinirlioglu, Ankara will provide full support to northern Iraq in the fight against the terrorist organization.
