CTO regime introduced in Leninsky district of Makhachkala

A counter-terrorist operation (CTO) regime has been introduced in the Leninsky district of Makhachkala. It is reported that the regime was introduced at 12:45, and an operation to locate and neutralize militants is currently under way.

It was decided to introduce the CTO regime after two railway track workers were found dead, TASS reports.
