In 2013 in the center of Tbilisi Sergeyenko saw that a car had knocked down a pedestrian who was in a state of intoxication. The minister administered first aid, bandaging the man's leg with the help of his necktie. Doctors hospitalized homeless Denis Ahmedov and operated on him.
