State Duma adopts law on sacred texts

In the final reading the Russian State Duma has adopted a bill, which bans recognition of the texts of the Bible, the Koran, the Tanakh and the Kanjur as extremist.  

Recall that the bill was proposed by President Vladimir Putin after the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk court found quotations from the Koran extremist.
